Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Fall River, MA

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing person to join our inside sales team. We are a floral distribution company and we have clients all around New England.

Your job will be selling fresh cut flowers to floral shops and garden centers around New England.
You will work in an office while making sales and be responsible for getting new clients by calling various business and potential customers to establish an initial contact.
Once you establish accounts you will also take incoming calls from customers who are interested in placing orders for various floral product, and ensure correct computer and paperwork to complete the sale process. Throughout the process you may need to contact customers and potential customer to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services you offer can meet their needs.
You may need to answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product information. (You will be given tools to help you accomplish that)
You will also need to follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.

You need to be proficient with basic use of computers.
You must be efficient in doing online and telephone research as well.
You also must have a pleasant demeanor and be able to communicate clearly.
Previous sales or floral experience is a plus but not required..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
